Thomas Jalland Lawyer

I started as a Summer Clerk at Ashurst in 2013/2014, recently settling as a lawyer in Banking and Finance.  Even in my short time at Ashurst, we’ve proudly celebrated milestones such as the launch of our LGBTI network “Spectrum”, vocal support of Marriage Equality and International Transgender Day of Visibility, and the establishment of a ‘Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group’ with key objectives to improve LGBTI workplace inclusion.

Being able to be my whole self to my friends and colleagues is an essential factor in feeling comfortable at work.  I’m immensely proud to be a part of a workplace that enthusiastically supports and celebrates diversity and inclusion.
