ADSSI Limited trading as Adssi In-home Support and Maitland Community Care Services is a not for profit organisation that provides practical in-home support that promotes choice, lifestyle and independence. Our primary purpose is to make a difference in the lives of people in our community, particularly the frail aged, people living with disabilities and dementia, their carers and others who may be disadvantaged, and who wish to live at home safely. The company is referred to collectively as ADSSI.

The 2018 staff survey, undertaken through the Voice Project, had a 93% response rate. The Passion and Engagement score (the positive attitudes and emotions that contribute to employee retention and productivity) is outstanding at 93%. This is 13% higher than the aged care benchmark. The Progress score (staff perceptions about organisational performance) is significantly higher than the aged care benchmark: at 92% it is 18% higher than the benchmark. ADSSI has a strong approach from the staff to the Board that communication and follow through are our keys to high engagement levels and commitment to Vision, Purpose and Values.
