Among others, in Australia our employees actively engage with ‘BPROUD’: the LGBT and Ally Community which is committed to fostering a safe and comfortable environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender, employees and their allies. BPROUD offers a wide range of initiatives from policy and benefit review, through to ally training, LGBTI executive development, and advocacy such as leading the corporate support for marriage equality.
