Our vision & purpose at SAP is to “Run Simple to Improve People’s Lives”.

SAP values diversity and inclusion – We believe as a global company, we have a role in enabling an inclusive and healthy work environment while positioning SAP as a thought leader.

In 2016 SAP aims to not only provide a great community for individual LGBT employees, but to ensure that SAP is recognised as a business actively promoting a welcoming and supportive work environment for all current and future LGBT employees.

Lorraine Longato Value Engineering Director ANZ

I joined SAP two years ago.  Prior, I worked as a Consultant and Procurement Lead in Industry and Government for many years. Yes, I’m a member of the LGBT community but more so I am ‘me’ – a professional, a leader and a team member of one of the greatest teams on earth – Team SAP. I believe we are one team with one dream, irrespective of who you are, where you are and what you do.  Creating a positive work environment is what we all should care about, and at SAP I enjoy the opportunity to participate in Pride@SAP. I’m one proud SAP employee and prouder to champion change as a LGBTI Professional at SAP.

sap-people2 Wallace Correy Diversity Champion and Solution Consultant for SAP Analytics

I joined SAP in 2012 as an intern after only recently coming out at university. Initially I was hesitant to bring my whole self to work, not knowing what to expect from the culture at SAP. However, I soon discovered SAP’s LGBT employee network and was confident that SAP provided the nurturing and safe environment I needed to thrive as an employee. I have since grown as an individual and in my career at SAP. I have found SAP to be a truly global company that allows you to connect with amazing people from all around the world. Now, four years on and having recently launched a new Pride@SAP chapter for Australia and New Zealand, I am confident and excited for my career prospects and am continually reminded what a diverse and rewarding place SAP is to work.
