Many Allens employees have dedicated their time to a range of LGBTI causes in recent years, from assisting not-for-profits in major court cases on marriage equality and gender identity documentation, assisting LGBTI asylum seekers with their claims and supporting both local and international not-for-profits in their advocacy on transgender rights and expunging historical homosexual criminal convictions.
