Faith Gibson South Australian State Office

I feel safe working at Health. It is one of only two places where I have worked where my sexuality is a non-issue. There have been no awkward or intrusive questions, or offensive jokes. There has been complete acceptance of my wife, my two children, my unconventional haircuts and my love of a good tie.

The Health Pride Network here is active and even in a regional office I feel part of the LGBTI community. But the nice thing is that I feel part of a community here in the SA office anyway, irrespective of how I identify.
